On the left front tail is the “Russell” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions. Attached are three flag tags, “54 100% Polyester”, “4” Extra Length” and “+1” Sleeve Length”. Adjacent is a white label with “2004”. Across the front is “BOSTON”. Player number “34” appears on back. Player name “ORTIZ” appears on back on a grey nameplate. All numbers and letters are done in red on navy blue tackle twill. At the back of the neck is the official MLB embroidered logo patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
