On the left front tail is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “46”. Embroidered below is a felt strip tag with “1964-1-46” indicating jersey year, set and size, respectively. Inside the rear collar is a felt strip tag with player name “Battey” embroidered in navy blue chain stitch. Across the front is “TWINS”. On the back is a restored number “10”. All numbers and letters are done in navy blue on red tackle twill. On the left sleeve is a Minnesota Twins embroidered twin cities patch which has been restored. On the inner waistband of the flannel pants is the “Wilson” tag with size “36”. Adjacent is a felt strip tag with “1966-26” indicating year and inseam. The uniform shows game-use and other than the restored number and patch appears to have no further alterations of any kind.
