On the left front tail is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “48”. On front, back and on both sleeves is player number “72” painted on in white numbers with an orange border. Player name “PERRY” appears on back in the same color scheme painted on block letters on a navy blue nameplate. On the left sleeve are the “GSH” George Halas memorial letters. Perry has signed the back number in black marker rating a 7 with light fading. The jersey is game-issued showing no game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA for the signature.
