Inside the rear collar is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “44”. Across the front is “WASHINGTON” done in red tackle twill and “capitals” done in blue tackle twill except the “L” which is red tackle twill in the shape of a hockey stick. On back and on both sleeves is player number “8”. Player name “RILEY” appears across the back on a white nameplate. All numbers and letters are done in blue on red tackle twill. Each sleeve has five embroidered stars done in red or blue tackle twill. The jersey has been custom taken in across the bottom and rehemmed internally. The jersey shows game-use and with the exception of what is mentioned appears to have no further alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a LOA from Milt Byron.
