This jersey comes to us from the collection of Al Trautwig. Inside the rear collar is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with jersey size “48”. Inside the rear tail is a felt strip tag with jersey year “73” done in black chain stitch. Embroidered directly below is the “GUNZO’S” distributor’s tag. On the left breast, on back and on both sleeves is player number “6’ done in green on white tackle twill. On front is the team logo embroidered in gold chenille on green tackle twill. Each sleeve has an elbow pad. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a LOA from Al Trautwig as well as a LOA from Milt Byron.
