On the front left breast and on back is the player number "55" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "VANDEWEGHE" in white tackle twill on a navy blue nameplate. On the inner waistband of the shorts is the "Powers Mfg. Co." manufacturers tag with the shorts size "34" on it. "20" is written on this tag in black marker. On the front right leg of the shorts is "NUGGETS" done in white on yellow tackle twill. There is a team done distributors plate addition. The uniform shows game-use and other than what is mentioned appears to have no further alterations of any kind.
