On the front tail is the "Nike" manufacturer’s size "60" tag. Attached is an additional manufacturers tag with "LENGTH +4 Made in USA" on it. In the inside left seam are two additional tags which read "2003-2004" and "Made in USA." Across the front is "LOS ANGELES." Below that and on the back is the player number "34." Across the back is the player name "O’NEAL." All lettering and numbering is done in white on light blue tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by an additional LOA.
