On the left breast is the official NBA “50th Anniversary” gold embroidered logo patch. Autographed on back in black marker and rates an 8. Inside the back collar is the “Champion” manufacturer’s size “44” tag with wash instructions. Adjacent to that is another Champion "Designed & Tailored 94/95 Exclusively for Los Angeles Lakers BODY LENGTH +3 SLEEVE LENGTH +0" tag. On the left breast is the Lakers team embroidered patch. On the back is player name “VAN EXEL” in purple on white tackle twill. On the right breast is the official NBA embroidered logo. On the right sleeve is the NBA “50th Anniversary” patch.
