On the inside back collar is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturer’s size 40 tag. Next to this tag is the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Detroit Pistons" tag. Next to these are three additional embroidered strip tags “89,” “1” LB,” and “11.”. On the front left breast is the player name “ISIAH" in blue screen print. On the lower right front is the “PISTONS” logo patch. On the upper right breast is the official embroidered “NBA” logo. On the left sleeve is the player number “11” in blue on red tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “THOMAS” in blue tackle twill. Autographed on front in blue marker and rates an 8. The jacket shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
