On the inside back collar of the jacket is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers size 40 tag. Adjacent is the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Orlando Magic" tag. There are three additional strip tags which read "89," “1” L.B.” and a blank tag with the player number “4” written in blue marker. On the front left breast is the embroidered “Magic” logo patch. On the right breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On the inside of the back waistband of the pants is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturer’s size 38 tag. Adjacent is the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Orlando Magic Celtics" tag. There are two additional embroidered strip tags which read "38" IN" and "89". There is a blank strip tag with the player number “8” written in black marker. The jacket and pants show wear and there appear to be no alterations of any kind.
