On the front left tail is the "Champion" manufacturers size 50 tag with wash instructions. Adjacent is another Champion "Designed 1993-1994 & Tailored Exclusively for Charlotte Hornets BODY LENGTH +3" tag. Across the front is "CHARLOTTE." Below that and on the back is the player number "2." Across the back is the player name "JOHNSON." All lettering and numbering is done in teal on blue tackle twill. On the upper front left breast is the embroidered official "NBA" logo. Autographed on the back number in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
