Kevin Durant was drafted in the first round second overall in 2007 by the Seattle Supersonics, after playing one year in Seattle the organization moved to Oklahoma and has become the Oklahoma City Thunder. Durant is amongst a trio of young talent the Thunder have drafted as they build for a bright future. In each of the last two seasons Kevin Durant has led the NBA in scoring as well as making the All-Star game both years. In his rookie season he won the Rookie of the Year award, while at Texas he was named the AP Player of the Year (2006-07) as well as receiving the John R. Wooden award, and the Naismith National Player of the Yeard award.
