Darryl Strawberry won the National League Rookie of the Year Award in 1983 by batting .257, smacking 26 home runs and driving in 74 runs for the New York Mets. Over the course of his 17-year career he crushed 335 home runs, drove in 1,000 runs, was selected to an amazing eight straight All-Star Games and, in 1988, he led the National League in home runs with 39. Strawberry won a World Series Championship with the Mets in 1986 and three more with the New York Yankees in 1996, 1998 and 1999. Using a blue ballpoint pen, Darryl Strawberry has hand signed this MLB baseball and inscribed it 86 WS Champs. A Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity is included.
