Inside the rear collar is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and size “40”. On the tag is “24” written in black marker. On the left front tail is a grey strip tag with “76 1 40”. The tails have been cut. The V-neck has been custom opened. Across the front is “DETROIT”. Player number “4” appears on back. All these numbers and letters are done in navy on orange tackle twill. Player name “RODRIGUEZ” appears on back in navy tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the “1776-1976 Detroit” patch which appears to be original. Signed on back by Rodriguez in black marker who added the inscription “76 Gold Glove Winner” rating an 8. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA for the signature. Other than what is mentioned, there appear to be no further alterations of any kind.
