Inside the rear collar is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “44”. The two digit year strip tag is no longer present on the left front tail but the outline is visible. Across the front is “INDIANS”. Player number “6” appears on back. All these numbers and letters are done in white on blue tackle twill. Player name “COLAVITO” appears across the back in white tackle twill block letters sewn directly on the shirt. On the left sleeve is the “Chief Wahoo swinging on a large baseball” embroidered patch. On the right sleeve is the “Cleveland Spirit of 76” embroidered patch. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as coaches worn and in our opinion, shows wear. Other than what is mentioned, there appear to be no further alterations of any kind.
