Pete Rose returned to Cincy during the second half of the season in 1984. The following year in 1985, he would become the team’s player/manager. Inside the rear collar is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and size “42”. Directly underneath is a red strip tag with “84 14” done in white chain stitch indicating jacket year and player number, respectively. Across the front is “CINCINNATI” done in white tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the team embroidered patch. Rose has signed the front of the jacket in black marker rating a 9. The jacket is properly tagged, was presented to us as worn and in our opinion, shows wear. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA for the signature.
