Spline bats were introduced for a short period of time in the mid 1960’s. We have seen Spline bats of Yogi and Mickey. The bats were sent to Spring Training for players to try. However, use by the named player cannot be confirmed. Manuf: H&B, Model: K55, Length: 35, Weight: 32 oz, Wood: Ash, Condition: Cracked at the handle that has been repaired with nails and a chip on the knob. The barrel is covered with ball marks and ball stitch impressions. The handle had been taped but has been removed. “K55” is stamped into the knob. Overall: Heavy use. Accompanied by a LOA from PSA/DNA.
