Harry Wismer was a charter owner in the AFL, which was announced in 1959 and began actual play in 1960. He was one of two owners with experience in sports team ownership and in broadcasting. His New York football franchise was nicknamed the "Titans", later the “Jets”. Inside the rear collar is the “MacGregor” manufacturer’s tag with jacket size “46”. On the left breast is “TITANS HARRY” done in bronze tackle twill. The jacket is properly tagged, was presented to us as worn and in our opinion, shows wear.
