Jerry Rice is widely considered the greatest wide receiver in NFL history. NFL.com rates Rice as the greatest football player of all time. In addition to holding numerous records, Rice was a thirteen time Pro Bowl Selection, a three time Super Bowl Champion and was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2010. His number “80” jersey was retired by the 49ers. This shirt was originally purchased off of eBay and is sourced from a 49ers Grounds Crew member. On the left front tail is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions. Attached are two flag tags, “46” and “EX”. Player number “80” appears on the front, back and on both sleeves. Player name “RICE” appears across the back on a red nameplate. All numbers and letters are done in white tackle twill. Each sleeve features an elastic spandex hem. On the left sleeve is the Wilson “W” embroidered. At the V-neck is the official NFL logo shield. There is a crotch piece attached at the bottom. Rice has signed the back number in black marker rating an 8. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA for the signature.
