Osi Umenyiora helped the NY Giants defense defeat the Patriots not once but twice in the Super Bowl, 2007 and 2011. The front tail of the shirt has been cut, folded inside and rehemmed leaving no manufacturer’s tags. It features a custom tail. Inside the rear collar is a strip tag with “05-42”. Player number “72” appears on the front, back and on both shoulders. Player name “UMENYIORA” appears on back on a blue nameplate. All numbers and letters are done in white tackle twill. The jersey features spandex sides, custom sleeves with an elastic spandex hem as well as a Reebok embroidered logo patch. At the V-neck is the “NFL Equipment” logo shield with adjacent “NY” embroidered in white. On the left breast is the “WTM NY PRT” patch worn in memory of owners Welington T. Mara and Preston R. Tish. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use with hit marks. Other than what is mentioned, there appear to be no further alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a COA from the NY Giants.
