LeBron James was selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers with the first pick in the 2003 NBA Draft. After recording a season-high 41 points against the New Jersey Nets, James became the youngest player in league history to score 40 points in a game. He averaged 20.9 points, 5.9 assists, and 5.5 rebounds per game for the season and was named Rookie of the Year; becoming the first Cavalier and youngest NBA player to ever receive the award. Lebron has two NBA MVP’s and is in the hunt for number three as well as his first NBA Championship. Sewed into the tongue of each white Nike shoe with red trim is the “DESIGNED AND ENGINEERED TO THE EXACT SPECIFICATIONS OF MR. LEBRON JAMES 82” tag. The “MADE IN CHINA” manufacturer’s tag appears inside the ankle of each shoe. The right toe is autographed “LeBron James 1/1” in black marker rating a 9 with an Upper Deck hologram affixed adjacent. Each ankle is inscribed “11-26-10 vs Sixers” in black marker. Each shoe comes in its own UDA felt sack which are inside a UDA box. The sneakers were presented to us as game-used and in our opinion show appropriate use. Accompanied by an Upper Deck COA which reads “This game worn shoe is autographed by LeBron James. LeBron wore this shoe versus Philadelphia on November 26, 2010”. The UDA COA contains a hologram. The lot is also accompanied by a JSA LOA.
