On the left front tail is the “MacGregor Sand-Knit” tag with jersey size “40”. Directly above is a second “Sand-Knit” tag with “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Denver Nuggets”. Adjacent is a strip tag with “2” LB”. Across the front is “nuggets”. Player number “12” appears on both the front and back. All these numbers and letters are done in white on gold tackle twill with the white twill having a blue embroidered border. Player name “LEVER” appears on back in gold block letters on a blue nameplate. On front is a mountain scene done in white tackle twill set against a rainbow backdrop. There is an unknown glue residue on the lower right front tail. On the left breast is the official NBA embroidered logo. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use.
