The jersey is tagged 1986-87. It was worn that season, carried over and worn in 1987-88 with the Vanos patch added. On the left front tail is the “Sand-Knit” manufacturer’s tag with jersey size “44”. Above is the “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Phoenix Suns”. Adjacent are two strip tags, “2”LB” and “1-86-87”. Across the front is “PHOENIX”. Player number “33” appears on both the front and back. All these numbers and letters are done in orange on white tackle twill. Player name “ADAMS” appears on back in white tackle twill. On the left breast is the official NBA embroidered logo. On the right breast is the “30” memorial disc patch for Nick Vanos. Inside the rear waistband of the matching shorts are the same two “Sand-Knit” tags with size “36” and player number “33” in black marker. Adjacent are three strip tags, “1-86-87”, 1”HR” and “1”IN”. The uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use. Originally sourced from the team.
