On the left front tail is the “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “42”. Adjacent is a second “Champion” tag with “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Utah Jazz Body Length +2 1992-93”. This jersey is a carry over, tagged “1992-93” and worn the following season by Hornacek in “1993-94” as he was traded to the Jazz during the 1993-94 season. Across the front is “UTAH JAZZ” painted on in gold. Player number “14” appears on both the front and back in gold painted on numbers with a white border. Player name” HORNACEK” appears on back in white tackle twill. On the left breast is the official NBA embroidered logo. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use. Originally sourced from the team.
