In 1972, Hayes was traded to the Baltimore Bullets, where he teamed with Hall-Of-Famer Wes Unseld to form a fierce and dominating frontcourt combination. Hayes would only spend one season in Baltimore. Hayes is an NBA Champion, was voted one of the NBA 50 Greatest Players in 1996 and was enshrined in the Hall of Fame six years earlier in 1990. Inside the lower front snaps of the jacket is the “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jacket size “46”. Player name “HAYES” is written in black marker. On both sleeves is player number “11” done in white tackle twill. On both the front and back is “bullets” embroidered in white chain stitch on blue tackle twill with an orange embroidered chain stitch basketball. There is some staining on back of an unknown substance. Inside the rear waistband of the matching pants is the same “Rawlings” tag with wash instructions and size “32”. Player name “HAYES” appears in black marker. The warm-up suit is properly tagged, was presented to us as worn and in our opinion, shows wear. Accompanied by a LOA from Elvin Hayes.
