"Big Game James" was a seven-time NBA All-Star and three-time NBA champion. In 1996, he was named one of the NBA 50 greatest players of all time and was elected to the Hall of Fame in 2003. On the center front tail is the “Tiernan” manufacturer’s tag. Across the front is “LAKERS”. Player number “42” appears on both the front and back. Player name “WORTHY” appears on back. All numbers and letters are done in purple on white tackle twill. Worthy has signed the front twill in black marker adding the inscription, “To Mike” rating a 7-8. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
