On the left front tail is the “Spalding” manufacturer’s tag. Adjacent is the “71” year tag. Inside the rear collar is a strip tag with “41 SET 2-71 15” indicating jersey size, set, year and player number possibly restored. Across the front is “Baltimore”. Player number “15” appears on both the front and back. All these numbers and letters are done in orange on black tackle twill. Player name “D. JOHNSON” appears on back in orange on black felt which has been restored. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Other than what is mentioned, there appear to be no further alterations of any kind.
