On the left front tail is the “Russell” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions. Attached are two flag tags with “50 100% Polyester” and “+2” Extra Length”. Adjacent is the year “2004” label. We have seen this as well as another variety. Across the front is “Twins”. Player number “7” appears on both the front and back. All these numbers and letters are done in red on navy tackle twill. Player name “MAUER” appears across the back in blue tackle twill. At the rear collar is the official MLB logo patch. On the left sleeve is the team “Twin Cities” patch with adjacent Russell “R” logo. On the right sleeve is the “Eloise” patch worn in memory of the owner’s wife. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an additional LOA grading the shirt a 5.
