On the left front tail is the “Majestic” manufacturer’s tag with Steiner hologram “154267” and MLB hologram “597769BB”. Directly below is a white strip tag with “34 54 07” indicating player number, jersey size and year, respectively. Across the front is “BOSTON”. Player number “34” appears on back. Player name “ORTIZ” appears on back on a grey nameplate. All these numbers and letters are done in red on navy tackle twill. At the rear neck is the official MLB embroidered logo. On the left sleeve is the Majestic “M” logo. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a Steiner LOA as well as a LOA grading the shirt an A10.
