This jersey was originally number “7”, worn by Ed Kranepool in 1966. It was then sent down to the minors and changed to number “50”. On the left front tail is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and size “42”. Attached are two flag tags, “SET 1” and “66”. Inside the rear collar is a strip tag with “7-42” embroidered in navy chain stitch indicating the jersey’s original number and size. Across the front is “NEW YORK”. Number “50” appears on both the front and back. There is a number change on both the front and back. All numbers and letters are done in blue on orange felt. On the left sleeve is the team disc patch. The top button is broken. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use. Other than what is mentioned, there appear to be no further alterations of any kind.
