There are cleat marks surrounding the entire barrel. There is a light coat of pine tar on the handle. There is a tape pattern 15.75” up the handle. A donut ring is present. O’Neill has signed the front barrel end in black marker adding the inscription “21 Game-Used 2000” rating a 9. Overall: Moderate use. Accompanied by a LOA from PSA/DNA Grading the bat a GU10 as well as a LOA from JSA.
