5-3/4” x 8-1/2” dinner menu from the January 10, 1969 New York State Dinner honoring the Apollo 8 crew on their historic flight around the moon. The cover of the menu has been autographed by crew members Colonel Frank Borman, Captain James Lovell and Lt. Colonel William Anders (rare) as well as Nelson “Rocky” Rockefeller. Borman has signed in blue ballpoint pen and the rest are done in assorted felt-tip markers with the signatures rating a 8 overall. The menu is in EX condition with some slight creasing to two of the corners. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
