J.D. is perhaps best remembered (as a player) for leading the Rangers to the 1979 Stanley Cup Finals on an injured left knee. Inside the rear collar is the “Gerry Cosby” tag. Attached are a wash instructions flag tag and a second flag tag with “9”. Below is the size “56” label which is actually two labels sewn together, “ 5” and “6”. Down the front diagonally is “RANGERS”. Player number “30” appears on the back and on both sleeves. Player name “ DAVIDSON” appears across the back. All numbers and letters are done in blue on red tackle twill. JD has signed the back number in black marker rating an 8. The fight strap is intact. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from Casey Samuelson as well as a LOA from JSA.
