On the left front tail is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and size “46”. Attached is a flag tag with “2” X LONG”. Across the front is the “Nuggets” large pick axe embroidered logo. Player number “45” appears on the front in gold tackle twill with a blue embroidered border and on back in blue tackle twill. There is a number change. Player name “LA GARDE” appears on back in blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. There is a name change on back. On the left shoulder strap is a black memorial armband. Inside the rear waistband of the matching shorts is a “Wilson” tag with wash instructions and size “34”. Number “33” is written in black marker. Attached is a flag tag with “5” X RISE”. Down each side is “DENVER” and “NUGGETS” in white tackle twill. On the left leg is the “1876-1976 Centennial” patch. The uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use. Other than what is mentioned, there appear to be no further alterations of any kind.
