On the left front tail is the “Sand-Knit” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and size “42”. Across the front is “PHOENIX”. Player number “42” appears on both the front and back. Player name “HAWKINS” appears on back. All numbers and letters are done in purple on orange tackle twill. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as a salesman’s sample and in our opinion, shows no use. Accompanied by an additional LOA.
