The jersey and pants were worn on October 25, 2009 vs. Oakland. The jersey is hemmed straight across the bottom with an elastic spandex hem, sans manufacturer’s tagging. Inside the rear collar is a strip tag with “09-44”. Player number “97” appears on the front, back and on both sleeves in navy blue tackle twill. Player name “PACE” appears on back in the same navy tackle twill on a white nameplate. Each sleeve is custom cut and features an elastic spandex hem along with the “Reebok” logo patch. At the V-neck is the “NFL Equipment” logo shield. At the left chest is the “AFL 50” patch. Inside the front drawstrings of the matching pants is the “Reebok” tag with attached flag tags “34”, “Big Boy” and “Short”. Adjacent is a strip tag with “07”. Player number “97” is written in black marker. On front are the “NFL Equipment” logo shield and “Reebok” logo as well as numerous team repairs. The jersey is sans tagging and the pants are properly tagged, were presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, show light use; The helmet was worn November 1, 2009 vs. Miami. “Riddell” manufactured with “Property of NY Jets” label inside the dome. Player number “97” appears inside the right ear hole on a white decal.
