The number one overall draft pick in 1989, Aikman played twelve consecutive seasons as quarterback with the Cowboys. During his career, he was a six-time Pro Bowl selection, led the team to three Super Bowl victories, and was the Super Bowl XXVII MVP. Aikman was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2006 and to the College Football Hall of Fame on December 9, 2008. On the left front tail is the “Russell” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “48”. Attached is a flag tag with “100% Nylon”. Player number “8” appears on the front, back and in both shoulders. Player name “AIKMAN” appears across the back on a white nameplate. All numbers and letters are painted on in blue. Aikman has signed the back of the jersey in blue marker adding the inscription “8” rating a 7. The sleeves are custom QB opened. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows light use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA, backed by a LOA from PSA/DNA as well as an additional LOA.
