Circa 1998 Mark McGwire St. Louis Cardinals Game-Used & Autographed Cleats (JSA)

“Nike” manufactured cleats, red with white trim. Each inner tongue has a label with “PROMO 13”. McGwire has signed each outer heel in black marker which is heavily faded. The cleats are properly tagged, were presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, show appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
