We were told by our consignor that he purchased this jersey directly from the Detroit Tigers. On the left front tail is the “Majestic” manufacturer’s screened on label which has been initialed by the Tigers equipment manager. Below is a strip tag with “35 48 11 155”. Adjacent in the left seam is the “Cool Base” flag tag. Across the front is “Detroit”. Player number “35” appears on both the front and back. Player name “VERLANDER” appears across the back. All numbers and letters are done in navy blue on orange on white tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the Majestic embroidered “M” logo. On the right sleeve is the home plate patch with “SPARKY 11” worn in memory of Hall of Fame manager Sparky Anderson. At the rear collar is the official MLB embroidered logo patch. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-issued and in our opinion, shows no use.
