We were told by our consignor that this jersey was originally sourced directly from Jones. On the left front tail is the “Russell” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions. Attached are two flag tags, “100% Polyester 46” and “2” Extra Length”. Adjacent is a label with “4-01”. Across the front is “Atlanta”. Player number “25” appears across the back. All these numbers and letters are done in red on navy tackle twill. Player name “A. JONES” appears across the back in navy tackle twill on a grey nameplate. At the rear collar is the official MLB logo patch. On the right sleeve is the “41” Eddie Matthews patch with adjacent Russell “R”. Jones has signed the back number in blue marker rating a 7-8. The inscription “To Ron” has been removed. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA. Other than what is mentioned, there appear to be no further alterations of any kind.
