On the left front tail is the “Russell” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and size “42”. Attached is the “100% Polyester” flag tag. On the left chest is the interlocking “NY” logo. Player number “23” appears on back. All numbers and letters are done in navy tackle twill. Mattingly has signed the front in black marker adding the inscription “1993” rating a 7-8. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA as well as a notarized LOA stating that this shirt was originally purchased from a Kirby Puckett Charity event.
