A five-time World Series champion, Derek Sanderson Jeter is regarded as a central figure of the Yankees during their success of the 1990’s and 2000’s due to his hitting ability, base running, and exceptional leadership skills. He is the Yankees' all-time career leader in hits, games played, stolen bases, and at bats. His countless accolades include thirteen All-Star selections, five Gold Glove Awards, five Silver Slugger Awards, two Hank Aaron Awards, and a Roberto Clemente Award. Jeter is the all-time MLB leader in hits by a shortstop, solidifying his case for a first ballot selection to Cooperstown. Manuf: H&B Signature Model. Model Number: P72. Length: 34 in Weight: 31.2 oz Labeling Period: 2012 Wood: Ash. Condition: Uncracked. Ball and hit marks surround the entire barrel. Blue and white ball transfer marks are visible on the left, back and front barrel. Cleat marks appear on the front, right and back barrel. There is a light coat of pine tar on the handle. Jeter has signed the front barrel in silver marker rating a 7. The ounces and bat length are stamped into the knob. The bat exhibits evidence of outstanding use. Accompanied by a LOA from PSA/DNA grading the bat a GU10. Further accompanied by a LOA from JSA, a Steiner COA and several photo matches during the 2012 MLB All-Star Game where Derek set the record for most All-Star Game hits by a Yankee. You would be hard pressed to find a better Jeter gamer.
