Kirby Puckett spent his entire 12-year baseball career playing with the Minnesota Twins and is the Twins franchise's all-time leader in career hits, runs, doubles, and total bases. At the time of his retirement, his .318 career batting average was the highest by any right-handed American League batter since Joe DiMaggio. Puckett won two World Series with the Twins, 1987 and 1991. He was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2001, his first year of eligibility. On the left front tail is the “Russell” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and size “50”. Attached is a flag tag with “100% Polyester”. Inside the rear collar is a strip tag with “34-1993”. Across the front is “MINNESOTA”. Player number “34” appears on both the front and back. All these numbers and letters are done in red on navy tackle twill. Player name “PUCKETT” appears across the back in navy tackle twill on grey nameplate. On the left sleeve is the team disc patch. There is Velcro on the inner front button path. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows light use. Accompanied by a LOA from the Twins former equipment manager.
