30” x 24” artist proof lithograph matted in a museum-quality frame measuring 39” x 34”. Carlo Beninati’s “The American Dream” features several images of “The Yankee Clipper” on the field at the old Yankee Stadium. The caption at the bottom reads, “Joe DiMaggio - The Hitter, The Hero & The American Dream”. DiMaggio has signed the litho in black marker with the large signature rating a 9 overall. This is an limited edition artist proof litho hand-numbered “APL 6/16” in black ink in the lower left-hand corner. Beninati has signed the proof in the lower-right hand corner in black ink, rates an 8 overall. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA for the signature.
