We were told by our consignor that this jersey was a gift from George Sisler. It is not a game-used jersey. There are no manufacturer’s tags present. Inside the rear collar of this flannel jersey is a large felt strip tag with “To Corky Schlatter From George Sisler” embroidered in red chain stitch. Across the front is the team “Cardinals on a Bat” logo done in red and black felt. There is no number on back. The jersey appears to have been made for a child. The jersey is sans tagging and in our opinion shows wear.
