Original press pin from the 16th Midsummer Classic played at Ebbets Field on July 12, 1949. Measures 1” across, weighs 6 grams and is in NRMT condition. The face of the pin reads “1949 PRESS EBBETS FIELD” around the perimeter, enameled in blue. The center of the pin features a star with “ALL-STAR GAME”, a baseball, and two bats that read “AMERICAN” and “NATIONAL” in relief.
