Blue nylon flag measuring approximately 8’ x 5’. The flag reads “NEW YORK” in large orange nylon lettering. The flag has two grommets, approximately 56” apart. The tails are reinforced to prevent fraying and deterioration from wind. The flag is accompanied by a Team LOA that states that the flag “was used during Shea Stadium’s final season, and removed from Shea after September 28, 2008, the date of the final game in Stadium history.” An MLB Hologram sticker is affixed near one of the grommets (#074949SH). The flag is in NRMT condition.
