This set of fifty cards each measure 4” x 4-1/8” and feature black and white photos that have been tinted in pastel colors. Twenty-five of the cards feature individual players, fourteen include more than one player and there are eleven action photos. The set also includes facsimile autographs. The highlight of the set is one of the earliest cards of Joe DiMaggio that has misspelled his last name as “DiMagio”. The other key cards are Casey Stengel and another featuring Honus Wagner giving fielding lessons to Arky Vaughan. The set is VGEX overall.
