This is a salesman’s sample ring. This size 9, 10k gold ring weighs 25 grams. The top panel reads “1983 STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS” surrounding four round-cut synthetic diamonds. The right panel is engraved with the player name “BOSSY” above a the New York Islanders team logo. The left panel is engraved with “ISLANDERS” above a rendering of four Stanley Cups to commemorate the team’s four consecutive titles. An engraved banner reads “‘80 ‘81 ‘82 ‘83”. The inside of the ring has no stamp and the ring is in NRMT condition.
