This jersey was worn by Plaxico on the road when the NY Giants defeated the Carolina Panthers 27-13 on December 10, 2006. The tails of this shirt have been cut and rehemmed inside. There are no manufacturer’s tags remaining. Inside the rear collar is a white strip tag with “06-44”. Player number “17” appears on the front, back and on both shoulders. Player name “BURRESS” appears across the back. All numbers and letters are done in red tackle twill. The sleeves are custom with an elastic spandex hem and each feature the Reebok logo patch. At the V-neck is the official “NFL Equipment” logo shield with adjacent “NY” embroidered. The jersey is sans manufacturer’s tagging, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use. Other than what is mentioned, there appear to be no further alterations of any kind.
